I think in terms of fighting religious ignorance, addressing the root idea that unfamiliar religious beliefs and traditions or ones that you don’t personally see the logic of are worthy of mockery is really valuable and I mostly see “using X-phrase in Y-context implies Z-intolerant-trope”. while the latter is important and has its uses, I think it’s vital for people to have the tools and desire to evaluate statements concerning religion for themselves, rather than just memorizing a list of concepts to avoid (which is bound to be incomplete)
