I was trying to make tomato sauce for pasta and I accidentally made a hearty vegetable stew with onions, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, and broccoli, seasoned with basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and red chili. it turned out to be for the best bc I had bread readily available to eat the soup with and making pasta would’ve been an additional hassle. well you live and you learn
