What does this even mean or say

the other day it came to me in a flash of inspiration that this means “Why does Franklin know how to tie his shoes when he does not wear shoes?”, referencing the line “Franklin could count by twos and tie his shoes.” used in multiple episodes of Franklin (possibly every episode? I’ve never watched Franklin but I’m assuming it’s in the intro bc when I googled Franklin the turtle ties his shoes it came up with multiple episode results) and pointing out franklin’s unshod feet. anyway I’m a psychic and genius
