me trying to navigate the kaiser mental healthcare system: has to have the phone menu repeat options because I can’t pay attention to/remember three consecutive numbered sentences, has no clear memory of when I was last interacting with the system, has no memory of whether I missed my last appointment, misremembers whether my therapist is still at the same location
kaiser person: well the evaluation has been processed but you haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD
