a cool way to get yourself to cry for like half an hour is to list all of the things that you deserve but don’t have and also kind of feel like you don’t deserve, like freedom from pain, and the accommodations necessary for you to succeed academically. for example if you say “I deserve someone to explain things to me when I don’t understand them” and it makes you think of how deeply you believe that you’re a worthless idiot if you don’t understand every academic concept instantly, and how you never seek academic help and you never have and it’s probably hurt you immeasurably, that could make you cry.

just fucking drop out of high school after the tenth grade due to depression because you can’t handle normal high school because… you have an undiagnosed learning disability… just do it. go into an independent study program because it’s what you can handle (if at a somewhat slowed pace) and then don’t seek further accommodations for years. also stop going to mental health treatment.
