death mention, depression

the last few days have been kind of. bad feelings at night, nothing seems worth it. I just want to sleep. why do I live? I'll die eventually. nothing really matters. I forget things a lot. I'm always forgetting things. there are so many things in life and I'll never do all of them. there'a so much to see and even if I see it I won't remember it.

I've been off meds for about 3 and a half months. i think I want to start seeing a therapist again soon. if this doesn't turn out to just be a few bad days before my period I might want to go on meds again.

i walked 2.6 miles to someone's place of work to buy some ps2 games they were selling on craigslist, then 2.6 miles back. it took two hours and it's been hot lately, so by the end I was covered in a fine rime of salt from sweating and the water drying off.
